I am working o a conversion scipt (scripts actually) to do a complete conversion from a heavily hacked MyPhpNuke (different) with a lot of content. Using Google you can however find a good conversion script for postNuke -> Xoops. I am not sure how different phpNuke is to Postnuke in structure and function so you might need some php skills to get the conversion just right. It can be done though and your users will love you for it ! I believe that active content is the number one reason many people stay with theri current portal system. If XOOPS had conversions-scripts for the more populair portals that would probably get a lot of users to XOOPS  greetings Highlander |

| by Arowana on 2005/3/10 19:40:34 I stile have one or two websites in PHP-Nuke I would like to get them over to XOOPS sites BUT they all were done this last year before I knew about xoops. I would hate to lose all the content. Has anyone DEV. a program or a guideline to port it over form PHP-Nuke to XOOPS? Thanks for your time! |
