| by seth_sd on 2004/12/17 4:43:54 I've had great luck at Hurricane Electric http://www.he.net . Nothing fancy, no Cpanel, no Fantastico just great performance and excellent customer service. They always answer the phone quickly and respond to e-mail right away. Also found the shell account to be very useful and lacking in many other providers packages. While it's not essential to running XOOPS it sure is nice to have. |

I have been with surpasshosting for over 6 month, and I'm very happy with their performance.
