Thanks to hard work of SUN Ruoyu (aka Insraq) and his colleagues, XOOPS China has a new attractive look:

XOOPS China recently won the prestigious 2008 China Open Source Software Contest (OSSContest)

It is refreshing to see all the local developments from around the world that make XOOPS a better CMS, and shows the capabilities of XOOPS in action.
