Hi Frode,

can you help us and tell what PHP/MySQL are you using? What modules?

When you say, it's working for couple of hours, and then "the templates had changed" what templates are you talking about? And "categories and links" of what module?

Without knowing more, it's hard to help...

We are still looking for experienced/creative video makers to do the coolest XOOPS Video!!!

In the meantime, please submit us with links to royalty free songs that you think would be good for a XOOPS Video.

That's the plan - once we're done with the Beta, we'll remove the standard Theme Library.

It's the question of discipline of adding the modules, i.e. the developers should do it, and in other cases, the Module Repository Team could do it. But we don't have the Team, so we have to rely right now on Developers.

I don't think that anybody will question the need to simplify our Website, and to make its content more relevant.

Please post your comments about improvement ideas/recommendations for 2009 XOOPS Web redesign:

* We need to be as constructive as possible
* Please provide links to "Best Practices" and examples
* Please volunteer for tasks, like:
- updating/reorganizing FAQ
- updating/reorganizing Wiki
- updating/reorganizing Module Repository
- updating/reorganizing Theme Gallery

We had some discussions in the past, so if you find something that was already discussed, please provide us with links to the respective threads/messages.

Together we'll make a difference, but we need your help, involvement, and support!

We'll help with the translations! Please email me the original files, and I'll distribute among our "XOOPS International" team, who can then translate into local languages.

This way you don't have to spend any time on translations, and can focus on Part 2. The sooner we can make it available to users, the better for XOOPS!!!
