I think, your Host is doing some assignments of your domain to a specific directory, which is NOT the one that the mainfile.php is pointing to.
This is the same behavior that you had already before. I would suggest to check with the Host Support people.

But just because we don't have the answer, I don't think that we deserve to be abused in this way
