Try to disable other facebook plugins in your site.

That's because you added facebook code inside <{if $showsummary ... etc, please add it out of any if statment. cut facebook code and paste it at the end of news_article.html file after:

<{include file='db:system_notification_select.html'}>

That's because your site still using old way, please edit modules/news/templates/news_article.html file and remove this code:

<div id="fb-root"></div> <script> window.fbAsyncInit = function() { FB.init({appId: '189024451123259', status: true, cookie: true, xfbml: true}); }; (function() { var e = document.createElement('script'); e.type = 'text/javascript'; e.src = document.location.protocol + '//connect.facebook.net/fr_FR/all.js'; e.async = true; document.getElementById('fb-root').appendChild(e); }()); </script>

and keep my code as it is.
