Very nice sites, both of them.
I've been dragging my feet for some time now on a personal project to hack that Kubrick theme. Now I'm a little discouraged since you made such a good work there --especially with chucrchthatcares.org.
My only observation is that maybe, only maybe, you use too much flash files. I think that the header is enough. But that's just me and my personal taste.
Overall, a very good work.

Actually I use it in two different sites, on different servers. In one works like a charm with six languages. On the second it doesn't.

Just my .02
I had the same trouble after renaming to Spanish these folders.
What I finally did (and worked), was to deactivate the module, then uninstall it.
I loaded the whole module again, overwriting everything, and installed.
My changes were in place.
To use the Sent box folder you have to config it in the preferences.
The box files folder is an archive were you store whatever message you want to.

I use this module with no trouble up to now in another site with 6 languages.
So this one is both puzzling and annoying.
New 2.0.16 site
PHP 4.4.4
Apache 1.3.37
MySQL 4.1.21-standard
Installed xlanguage as I did before in the other trouble free site, following the instructions as carefully as I could.
Load the base languages, Spanish and English.
Make the block visible.
Toggle the flags to see if it works. It doesn't, not fully at least. Some of the titles or instructions does, some doesn't.
Eg. The Search block changes between English and Spanish with no problem. The Menu block remains in one language. I refresh the page, nothing. Again, works. OK. Maybe that'll do.
So I proceed to translate the titles of menu block (built with the multiMenu module) according to the code I specified in xlanguage.
Home bears [es]Menú Principal[/es][en]Main Menu[/en]
Yep! Both languages are visible at the same time --tags included.
What could I have done wrong?

I just installed this module, and up to now it seems to work OK.
But I can't build a contact list. I choose the only other user of this new and still closed site, and I receive the message that he is not in the database.
It's on a fresh install of XOOPS 2.0.16.
Any idea of what I have done wrong?
