WF-FAQ as been updated

WF-FAQ updated to version 1.0.3

New to this version:

1. Weight: Added weight to both category and FAQ topics for a more structured look.
2. Group access: You can now decide who gets to see which categories and topics via this option.
3. Xoops Code: You can now show Html, Smilies and/or Xoops code in you FAQ answer.
4. Xoops Comments: User can now give their comments on any FAQ, handy for feedback.

Fixed: Some minor bugs and language defines that where either hard coded or missing.
