Themes: New Theme: xthemes

Hello everyone,

I've made a new theme called "xthemes".
The Original theme is Created by Xend (Http://www.xoops.no/)
Converted to xoops2 by Gilian (http://www.websitetotaal.info/)
It's an orange/white + little darkgreen in the top theme.
If you find any bugs please report them to me.
Download availeble at the downloads section of this and mine site.
