It is functional, and laid out nice. It is lacking some important features though.
It would be nice if you get enter an organization id to track the particular customer that called, as well as a name and phone number. This system would be ok for tracking internal issues, but it is just not robust enough to be a complete customer support solution. It is free though. If you just need somethign simple, and easy, this is it.
