Theme seems to be absolutely stunning, but please inform how to configure this. Simply uploading it to theme folder does not make it functional, please inform which folder to put where?

works for me on my local PC with WAMP Server (XOOPS 2.5.1, PHP 5.3.4)

be sure you have downloaded the xoops theme and not the template. The download link on heyla's site is not easy to find, and the site running on turkish makes it not easier
