I think, it would be great if somebody could create a short tutorial on how to create such cool sites using Publisher.
I think, some people are intimidated, and by showing them step by step on how to set it up, would be very beneficial...
I'll be glad to collaborate on English translation, if needed.

About the publisher.. it's the greatest content module fox xoops. Very professional work and it's easy to use to use, but you need to make your own templates if you wanna look really pro :)

And the resizing of the image in the news also dont work, i think you made some thing custom, right ?

1. customized comments system is based on old comments hack made by dugris.info and I added comments box form to /publisher_item.html file. I will release it if anyone intresting to use it.
