Hi!

After a bit of time and for some requests that I have done, I expanded the module to display maps of the earth with the latest updated version of Google Earth Web v1.25, have added some functions and a search field. Others will be added later.

- Search Field for all sites
- Deleted file permission.php "unnecessary"
- Textbox for Keywords search engine
- 2 Textbox for width and Height of earth map

Why are these not corrected on both dark theme and this module
If admin knows about this why is it not fixed
This is not a good practice for Xoops site some people that come here and download themes and mods are not able to catch bad links and are stuck with the malware.
At the least when this fault in these links were discovered they should be removed if not user repromanded.
DON'T USE OUR WONDERFUL XOOPS SITE TO PROMOTE YOUR MALWARE SPAM!!!

What happens if you click one of the links above - do you reachhttp://www.txmodxoops.org/ or another site? And if, what makes you sure, txmodxoops is a malware site?

there is link on there for download of what is marked eithe google earth link or the dark theme. But these links go right to a tool bar download if you look you are ok just don't download the exe file that is linked. But most people don't read they just download ( and get the malware when they were expecting a xoops product. The site is in another langusge also so I did translate page to also check out still points same directions to malware link.
This does not look like a little accedental mistake to link to the maleware and it would be nice if moderators of this site would check this out further.
Not good publicity for "Xoops"

I did not understand if can't you connect to the website or download the module...
What is the problem?

Your links are fine. The problem is that the malicious Website is using Google Adsense to advertise their Website with a big sign "Download", and people just click on it thinking that this will download them your modules. See the screenshot with the big arrow and Download sign:

but we should find a way to xoops that in a future language change automatically according to the folders that exist in the core, and modules, so we will not have such problems.

Is an idea that can be done?

Do you think I have some problem with my xoops site?
I have both in the core and in modules mach installed languages in addition to Italian.

It's not the problem of the language, but of your advertisement. If you remove all your Google Adsense ads, there will be no problem.

The malicious site is using the ads to lure people to their site, and because people are driven by impulse, they see th big "Download" button, they just click on it.

BTW - you can block certain advertisements in Google Adsense, go the their help to find out how to do it and block this site from advertising on your Website.

when I try and open the module after instaling it tells me I need a google key, I went to google and got the key, where do I put it in order for this module to work for me?

went to preferences however it displays entry boxes with no titles or description on them, imposible to determine what is what

Try with the site set to english.
Verify that the language files are there /modules/gearth/languages/xxx/yyy.php

I missed changing the define for the other language files, change this:
