Had problems with the cloud block's variable font sizes when the theme css uses em instead of px or %. Removing em corrected the problem.

Tag module does not require plugins to be in the plugin folder, modules should move the plugin from extra folder to include folder.
example:
file news/extra/modules/tag/news.php
should become news/include/plugin.tag.php
I believe we should update the news module instead of the tag module.
