Re: German Language Pack for Xoops is readyi can noly second this! i was also very much astonished, when i downloaded the lang files from their website 2 days ago! in the download area there's a remark that "you must not put these language files on any ohter site without written agreement from xoops-de.com ! this would mean that you (xoops.org) are not allowed to put them into your download area without written permission! 
I thougt this is an open source project ?!?!
so i intervened that same day in a comment to the news about the language being ready for download:http://www.xoops-de.com/modules/news/article.php?storyid=4 .

Something that is released under GPL can't be set under another Licence, it has to rest under GPL...
(or am I wrong?)
Otherwise what is GPL good for?
