Found a bug in this, I think. Anyway, when you're in the admin section and you manage your categories, when you create a category and you click add it just takes you to a white page and nothing happens, 
*edit*and also in the little javascript pop-up menu that's in the admin section. The general settings and manage extensions links there just take you to the options screen where you have to choose between the four different options.
Clicking the general settings in the javascript menu gives you this in the URL
/modules/myReviews/admin/index.php?op=myReviewsConfigAdmin
And clicking the manage extensions gives you this
/modules/myReviews//admin/index.php?op=myReviewsExtensions*edit*

I'm not getting the white screen problem, but I am getting the problem with the links. I bet this has to do with a capitalization problem. I will go through all the files in the mod later this evening and repost the mod with corrected capitalization. My windows computer is a little more forgiving the Linus and Unix computers are about capitalization.

hmmm, maybe I missed something during installation, is there anything that needs to be chmodded? I didn't see anything about that in the readme file.

The readme file is (gulp) really incomplete. Just go to blocks and activate "waiting xxx" and you are all set. Also, I squashed the upload bug and the capitalization bug.

Damn, I can't get passed the creating categories problem to use the module. I keep getting that white screen.

Hey hey, just downloaded the fixed version you put up and it fixed the white page problem along with the menu errors. Sweet.

Currently, I don't have the description text box set up so it can include html code. I will add this feature to the next version of myReviews, which is coming soon.
