Themes: sdsBlue Theme

Hello all! I'm pleased to announce the release of the sdsBlue theme from Sublime Design Studios.

I've done quite a few nuke themes in the past, but I wanted to try my hand at XOOPS and this is my first release for the CMS. Comments and questions are always welcome.
