Themes: A new Christmas theme

I noticed a lack of holiday themes and for the ones that are around, that dont have the updates.

So heres a Cristmas theme.

The PTC Theme is a full 3 column theme for XOOPS 2.0.X series (including 2.0.16)

This theme does not come with the Rederect and Site Closed templates.

I normaly dont give out themes, but as i said, i noticed a lack of holiday spirt....
It even has the snow...
