I am happy to announce the release of Administration Theme for the eyes, this can change calming green design for XOOPS administration with xoops 2.0.15.

You know GREEN is the most restful color for the human eyes. (@.@)

It has a calming effect on the nervous system, making it a popular color for hospitals, waiting rooms and programing room.
