Themes: New xoopstuner theme released: xtnrPortable!!

After the success of xtnrStoneDevice I had to make a better version. I give you xtnrPortable.

This xoops 2.014/2.2 theme uses a LOT of javascript to pack your entire site into a small space. It is meant to be unconventional so don't ask me where the leftcolumn is until you check out the theme properly.

Special thanks to ghettonet for all his feedback on xtnrStoneDevice and other themes.

P.S.
I'm still looking for help with stylesheets and ideas from any good soul out there in the xoops community.
