World of Warcraft Theme for XOOPS 2.0.14

Resized Image

Package includes templates for the "system" module :
- system_siteclosed.html
- system_userform.html
- system_redirect.html

and for the "news module:
- news_item.html

The templates will overwrite the default module templates for a better integrations
of the forms in the theme

Instructions:

-Unzip the archive and upload the theme into you XOOPS 2.0.14 themes directory,
and the templates according to the module they belong to

It is based on the "default" theme that comes with the standard XOOPS package, the thing that i was very happy i could find, was the script for the "mouse pointer changer" that gives the visitor part of the feeling from the game

three things:

1- Greate Theme
2- I like the mouse pointer ( the hand ) how you make that efect???
3- A mistake that everyone has, everyone personalice their sites, to make it... diferent than the others ... but... someone notice that nobody changes the favicon icon... and all the XOOPS sites have the same ICON!!!!

After all... a really great theme!... congratullation!!!

The hand is a java script code that can be found in the theme.html that was taken from HERE; the icon wasn't changed cause there won't be anything but themes for XOOPS 2.1.4 there

You don't need to use javascript for the cursor: you can do it with CSS. Just add to the body tag of your style.css:

cursor: url(/images/cursor/cursor.cur);

Just make sure the path to where the image is, is correct - in this case it would be in the cursor folder, in the images folder, in your theme folder.

You can get cursor images off the net - just Google it!

I am using this theme for our guild site. When anyone quotes a message in the forums or in a news comment, PM message ect, it makes the quoted text white in a white box, so all you see is a white box. Some place in the theme its making the font and background in the quotes areas white,,, How can i fix this?? I'm sure its in the style.css or somethinng, but I cant locate the problem. If I move to another theme the sites fine, so i know its in here someplace.

My site is located at http://www.thedevildogs.org You wont be able to see much without registering.

Open style.css and find this line:

 div.xoopsQuote { background: #FFFFFF; border: 1px inset #000080; font-family: "Courier New",Courier,monospace; padding: 0px 6px 6px 6px;}

modify to:

 div.xoopsQuote { background-image: url(images/center.jpg);background-repeat: repeat; border: 1px inset #000080; font-family: "Courier New",Courier,monospace; padding: 0px 6px 6px 6px;}

Sweet!!!! Thanks a lot, worked great. Now I just need to figure out how to get the stuff in forums and other place to match the colors and I will be a very happy man!
