XOOPS Chat.com: Inter-Site Chat For XOOPS

This is probably the most basic XOOPS site ever made.

XOOPS Chat.com provides cross-site Instant Messaging for XOOPS users and their websites.

By adding the following code to a custom block, you'll be able to communicate with other XOOPS users on any site using the code. Feel free to modify the height and width to suit your needs.

Note: This system is designed for XOOPS-related support requests. IP addresses are logged and anyone abusing the system will be banned.

The site designed with a minimal amount of modules and a stripped-down version of the default theme with a flexible width.
