Custom and Stock is a car enthusiast community site for posting and selling your classic or custom car, communicating with other car enthusiasts, and buying/selling/trading autoparts and other car related items.

For the purpose of this site, I have designed a completely new module from scratch named "Cars".

Also, I have made many changes to the profiles module to include blogs and friends, and a more full featured avatar/profile photo system, as well as several other features that integrate profiles, pm, and the cars module.

i am hopefully going to get the module to a releasable state, but given it was developed for 2.2.* versions, with the profiles, and pm modules in mind, and many of the settings and language are hardcoded as of the moment, it will take more development to be a true module.

i'll probably wait and develop it for 2.3

Well done! I love your cars module page too. Please please please release it! I have a car club too (non-competing) and would love to have something like that for my members.

Very clean professional looking site.
I especially like the cars module, and the addition of the friends and blog ability in the profiles module.

That's what I need. I have a motorcycle club website. Car module is what I need, and connection with profile is perfect.
I'm waiting for this module and profile mods than I will stop to thinking about swich to drupall

I haven't had much opportunity to work on it lately.
I'm in a band, and we have our first show coming up later this month, so most of my time has been devoted to preparing for that.

I will begin work on a release version after that, so hopefully in the next 1-2 months, i should have something available.

Yes, the friends and blog ability in the profiles module is awesome, and should be part of the XOOPS core!

Yep I missed this one! I know its an old yaxs but still very good custom work on his site. This is right up there with ajax profiles that everyone likes.

As for me im in automotive myself. With the hope XOOPS will get somethings like this soon...
