A new release of ZenTrackXoops is now available for download.

Get it from ZenTrackXoops on SourceForge

ZenTrackXoops 2.5.5 is a Xoops 2 Module based on the latest version of the excellent ZenTrack Help Desk, Project Management & Bug Tracking tool

New features include:
- Field Maps (ability to customize fields and behavior on each major screen)
- Sorting of ticket lists
- Export to excel
- Send reminders to users when tickets are overdue using cron/scheduled tasks

There was a fairly annoying bug in the Zentrack 2.5.5 release that affected editing (and occasionally) adding tickets.

A 2.5.5.1 release was added to the ZT project to address this issue.

Please let me know if you would like any help maintaining the ZT module for xoops, advice, etc.

Ok, I have released ZentrackXoops 2.5.5.1 which is based on the same version of ZenTrack.

It is available in it's usual spot on SourceForge

Please let me know if you have any problems with it.

Can't Administrate

I installed the module and set permissions per the instructions, but when I try to Administrate the module, it says that I don't have permission to.

What did I miss?

Hi,

I have just loaded a release candidate v2.5.5.2r1 onto sourceforge (https://sourceforge.net/projects/zentrackxoops/) which contains a fix for this admin access problem. It also has a couple of other fixes from the base ZenTrack release 2.5.5.2.

Please give it a go and come back to me if you experience any more problems.

i've installed 2.5.0.2 on WAMP (Windows 2003 Server, Apache 2.0, mySQL 4.1 and PHP 4.3.11.

1. I've installed zenTrackXoops 2.5.0.2. However, each time i create a new ticket, it shows a blank page and it wouldn't refresh the screen. What could have caused this problem?

2. Can I upgrade my Windows-based zenTrackXoops 2.5.0.2 to 2.5.5.2r1? There are no instructions as to how this is achieved. Being a newbie, I'd really appreciate some help here.
