I get 403 forbidden access pages for techfinance and tfmedia websites. The xoops-tips site I can see fine.
Any idea why?
I've tried using both Firefox 0.8 and IE6 browsers.

@danielh2o: Reynaldo Alvarez's ShortURL is used for URL transformation. The article module is not really a module. It consists of a couple scripts pulling information from a database updated outside the Xoops.
@rowdie: I have blocked certain IPs from chello.nl because someone is running a downloader or a crawler. I have just unblocked but might put the filter back on later.

I also noticed you have what looks like static urls, I''ve seen a few ways of doing this (in posts here) but this is the first site I see working well, how did you do it?
