Maybe I will translate this tutorial to Slovene and I hope people will start making more themes because then XOOPS sites will be different. I really like your work and I hope you will make part 2.

It's going to be a while before I get to do another part. Certainly not in the next few days but I'll get on it ASAP.

Many thanks for the comments. It's really encouraging to get them. I'll be happy to donate the whole series for inclusion inside the main XOOPS site. All the images inside part 2 (part 1 has no images) are linked directly to grabageek.net so some rejiggling of links with a find/replace tool is going to be needed to move the tut to Xoops. I'll pm to see how to go about this the best way.

I like part 2 very much ... I think that these two tutorials are really the easyest way to learn how to make themes... and btw: your site looks great!

Glad you liked part 2. I'll definetly cover CSS in another part. It's a pretty involved subject though and I really only use it in a simplistic way but I'll write about the basics with type for sure.
Very Impressed!You have done a great job. A lot of effort, very thoughtfull, detailed enough for beginners to get a grasp, as much as allowing an insight, in why certain things are being done.
I can't believe how quick you got that second part up, with all the images, etc...EXCELLENT
Have you read the thread regarding creation of a theme forge? There are a couple of people working behind the scenes, trying to realize this. I would really like to have you as part of it, if you have the time, desire, and motivation that is. Contact tjenemez, Studio C, or me if you are interested.

Maybe carnuke would like to add this zip file to the docs.xoops.org download section, where currently only a link is available.
