The module uses an html tag named marquee (it explains the name), but this tag has been created by microsoft and it is not part of the standard html list of "official" html tags.
I will rewrite the module so that it give you the possibility to use a dhtml script.

I´m having one little problem.
I can´t make the infinite loop to works.
Running XOOPS 207 and IE.
Any tip?
Ps. How difficult would be making a randomic function to display the quotes in only one block?
I think that a kind of mix between Marquee and Random Quotes module wuold be great
