Modules: Agenda-X V2.0 FINAL !

As it seems there is no major bug after several hundreds of people downloaded Agenda-X 2.0RC, the V2.0 FINAL is officially released.

I would thank all beta testers of Agenda-X for making this major release possible.

Chinese, English and French versions are included, I would be very grateful if document writers (either Chinese or English, or ...) could make a comprehensive tutorial for inclusion in the main distribution.

I've tested the beta and it is ok, like it very much, and is now a lot more easy to place events

#Baderman : Agenda-X is an agenda module with lot's of features. When you want to see more, go to the site of Wjue, or my site where you can see the agenda on your right hand (top)

I have updated the packages on Sourceforge, people that downloaded prior to 2004/02/25 22:30 GMT can either redownload from sourceforge or apply the patch from HERE

Just installed it fresh - on v206 and 2051 .. blank index page in both cases??

Any ideas what the problem maybe?

May I remind you that XOOPS 2.0.5.1 has an security flaw. Please do not use any version prior then 2.0.5.1 for your own safety.

However, except from that, you might want to turn debug on. Blank pages are always caused by something.

How do you handle languages in the new version? I tried to translate it into German, but it doesn't seem to recognize the german-folder.

Heres an odd one for ya all...

Module works great, except if I leave the mincal directory field empty, it shows my avatar from Xoops?! LOL

I have the same problem. My language Portuguese does not appear at the web site, instead it appears in english.

I've tried mikhail's pack but does not work either

mikhail's pack has an extra file inside the portugues.do.brasil folder: pt-BR.inc.php

You gotta add time fields so that things can have a time reference for goodness sakes. Not that the product isn't very nice as is but it really does need this feature.

Agenda-X table structure contains event time and event duration fields, so you have two possibilities:

1. write yourself the necessary logic to deal with time, also contribute by releasing your hack.

2. include time info in the description field by write down some more texts.

-1. wait until a furture version that would include this feature.

Hi wjue,

Great module, much better admin interface than the last one.

I'm having problems with the upcoming events and upcoming 30 days events for repeat entries - it only shows the date of the first occurrence so they all look the same!

I'm cracking the code open up now to take a look but just thought I'd let you know.

For repeating event, you have the actual repeating pattern (ex. every wed. ) showed in detailed-view.

Hiya,

Sorry, didn't explain v.well - if you add a weekly event then the month ahead block only displays the first date, so for instance, say Tennis is every Tuesday from today, the month ahead block would show this:

* Tennis(2004.3.2)
* Tennis(2004.3.2)
* Tennis(2004.3.2)
* Tennis(2004.3.2)

Instead of a more useful:

* Tennis(2004.3.2)
* Tennis(2004.3.9)
* Tennis(2004.3.16)
* Tennis(2004.3.23)

Unless I'm missing something along the way...

There is a problem with the date/time selector on my installation Xoops2.0.6 and Agenda V2 final. In the panel at the bottom of the selector when I mouse over a date a whole bunch of what appears to be code pops up. So when this is clicked all the code gets put in the date field so the event is not valid.

UPDATE

This appears to only happen in Safari. Are there any other browsers that can repeat this issue. I like what I see but this is a show stopper for me.
