Publisher 1.08 Alpha 2

XOOPS Publisher 1.08 Alpha 2 released for testing!

Big Thank You to Ihackcode and Goffy for their contributions!

CHANGELOG:

- Various fixes (ihackcode)
- timezone conversion (ihackcode)
- Convert user time to Server time on saving items (ihackcode)

I have problems with the permissions for anonymous users, I give permission to see the categories however when I enter as anonymous I get the message "Sorry, you do not have permission to access this area"

It is now fixed:

https://github.com/mambax7/publisher/issues/13 

The issue was that I've changed the flag for in_array() to strict, but didn't change the input, i.e. the array had numbers as strings, but in_array() expected integers.
