Our NGO is in Brazil. We develop an information work among college students in Brazil. Our organization seeks a skilfull professional, who knows a lot about Xoops, in order to adapt an html5 template for using it under Xoops. This integration must be total, we mean, Xoops modules News, Publisher, Soap-Box, Contact, Xforms, a calendar and a photo-album module, among others, must be adapted to this specific template.
