Yes Mamba, I'm testing and everything indicates that it is a good module for this purpose ,

::MY REPORT::
- I installed the version wfDownloads 3.23 RC1 (19-4-2014)
- I need the spanish language
- In this version the image does appear above at the index page.
- I upload a picture, but continued the same way
