Watt you thing addin a new license for xoops?

Here's the link to read the terms of this license that is still in the open source licenses.

This is to give the opportunity for developers to work on their privileges, for modules and themes.

Other CMS adopt this system with this license

XOOPS has been forever GPL in everything that we release!

That's what all the major players are doing as well: Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, etc.

We had few discussions about it in the past on the forums here.
