Hmmm. Using XOOPS 2.5 hosted with GoDaddy.

I am getting occasional 'White Screens' when the pages load.

These are not the usual 'White Screens' caused by the program crashing. If reload is pressed, the page will often load properly.

Any ideas on how to best troubleshoot this problem?

It might be the host, it could be also your connection.

You would need to test it on another computer somewhere else.

Check with some of the sites that are testing speed of site loading, and see if there are any problems there. There might be also a component that is being pulled from another site, that is causing the delay. In this case, the host might think that that the script is taking too long, and is killing it.

Is GoDaddy providing error logs? Maybe you could check there, if there are any errors related to it.
