good afternoon:

In Spain, we have a new law that requires web pages to each user to visit us, he has to see an emerging sign which warns of the use of cookies, we have the problem, when the user does not accept the cookies. How can we do so that the user who does not accept, do not enter any kind of cookie in his private computer,?

sorry for my poor English, but i have to use google translator.
