I have installed the Adslight module . The module does not appear right on the vlogistix Theme http://screencast.com/t/WvOvgAYIAV

I am trying to edit the theme.html file but it is not affecting the page.
How to display the block center in the left.

I downloaded the theme but I need to customize it as in the image.
I am not able to set the blocks to adslight modules. This option is not show in the preference
