Can't complete User Info Setting

I completed the setting all except user info setting in preference.
However, I could not set the only user info setting.
Cause, because becomes a 403 Forbidden When you click the submit.
What causes this?
And what would I do I do?

I assume, you are talking about the installation of XOOPS, right?

Did you set correctly all the permissions on directories, as requested in the beginning of the installation? There might some issue there...
