[Help] Problem in updating the XOOPS 2.0.18

I'm having doubts in XOOPS 2.0.18 update. I want to upgrade to 2.5.5.
I deleted all folders, just kept uploads and deleted the folder "modules / system".
I sent all files in XOOPS 2.5.5 minus the "mainfile.php".

When access the site appears white screen, debug shows no errors, access the folder "upgrade" also appears white screen. What can it be? Never had this problem, I need help.

Hi, Angelo

1. Sent to SERVER file "upgrade" included in "htdocs"


2. DELETED in your 2.5.5 htdocs local
htdocs/mainfile.php,
htdocs/install/,
htdocs/cache/,
htdocs/extras/,
htdocs/template_c/,
htdocs/themes/
y htdocs/uploads/

3. Upload content htdocs overwriting existing files

4. Access / upgrade / with a browser, and follow the instructions

5 . Update the "system" module from the module manager
