From where to download news module?

I recently installed xoops 2.5.5, but no news module is included in the package.
From where to download the news module, as https://xoops.org/modules/news/.

I search the Modules Repository, but can not figure out which one to download.
Please help, thanks.

And you should download tcpdf_for_xoops: 1.01 from https://sourceforge.net/projects/chgxoops/files/Frameworks/ to generate pdf files properly, after reading this topic: https://xoops.org/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?post_id=348146
