Why do some modules do not exist on a page modules XOOPS in SourceForge here

Example of modules :

cssholmes by xoofoo

mysqledit by xoofoo

adminer by xoofoo

ghost by xoofoo

casper by xoofoo

styles by xoofoo

notifications by xoofoo

websearch by xoofoo

nullos by xoofoo

I have tried some of your links, all files download like a charm! Maybe there was a problem with sourceforge?

He meant that the modules are not on the svn xoops.org, but on the svn (XooFoo) of kris_fr.

I think it's because we need someone to translate these modules into English before.

I did not mean I can not download them but I mean is not present these modules on this a page on sourceforge

No - you have plenty of other modules to break (not for you radwan)
If you have items to send me on these modules, just email me or post a topic on this forum
