News articles are displaying fine.

Topics and Articles are visible in the admin panel. Topics and Artiles can be modified however on execution of the Modify (or Add new) button :

'Modify' topic returns to admin and produces

(where db is sites correct database postfix and table prefix)

'Post' ing modified news sends to 'submit news' page and returns similar Error number: 1146 messages

While topics and stroies are visible in admin the news statistic block shows all zeros.

What is my problem and which button shall i press next?
