I am working on a program for xoops that will be an installed program on the client computer and I am looking at needing a background for it.
Anyone build something that can cover a whole page as the background? Or at least a nice border I can place across the top of this application?
I am building a remote admin program for Xoops in my C# class and it is very plain right now. By the end of the semester it should be working reasonably well.
My goal is to have it able to set the system preferences and module preferences as well as disabling and enabling modules by end of the semester...
But I would like to have a Xoops background for it when I display it to the class.
(I am about 50% of the way there)
