APCal newly installed and cannot find place to change Thumbnail size

I have setup my site and installed APCAL module but need to find where I can control the size of the thumbnails generated in any list view.

Right now they are way too small and hardly visible, and need to increase their size when looking at events in LIST view.

Any help ?

apcal:preferences.. pictures maximum width/height seems to do the trick for me.. but needs to be set before uploading pics. Any previous pics wil need to be removed and uploaded again.
not a programmer... just (trying to be) a xoops user
