IE Explorer error

Site works in Firefox and Safari. Not in IE.

IE gives a Fatal error: Call to a member function getGroups() on a non-object
in ... modules/spiders/post.loader.spiders.php on line 125.

Please always include more information, like:
- XOOPS version
- IE version
- what particular moment does it happen, or is it all the time
- using what module?

How otherwise can we expect anybody to try to replicate this error, and investigate it further?

Re: IE Explorer error

I think we were on 2.5.1. There is some way to get a list of all settings, but I can't find it right now.

Re: IE Explorer error

Upgraded to spiders 2.76. Now IE just gives the white screen of death.

Curious as to how the other browsers work successfully with the setup but IE does not.... :(

Is protector enabled? In case it is you could check the logfile as a white screen could indicate protector thinks it sees something malicious.

Thanks. Yes, protector is installed. No, it is not the problem.
