I could reproduce the problem. In internet explorer 7 the left and right middle blocks are lowered down, they start below where the right blocks end. It looks like this has something to do with the left middle block, the picture in it peeps a few centimeters out of the block on the right side...

In IE9, firefox and Safari the site looks ok.
