We are looking for a regular contractor who can make updates to a client site.

The primary focus would be design work with graphics and make changes to the style sheets/layout.

The more rounded the experience and education the better. There would not be a lot of coding involved but we would prefer to use somebody that can work with PHP, HTML and MYSQL as well.

All work would be paid by the hour.
