The Xoops download links to Sourceforge.net do not appear to be working. The result is an error page (https://sourceforge.net/projects/xoops/files/XOOPS%20Core%20%28stable%20releases%29/XOOPS_2.5.4/).

Is there another download repository I can access?

Hi Phil, welcome to XOOPS!

The link is to the directory with various versions of XOOPS, so you can select which kind of compression you prefer to download (7z, zip, or tar.gz). So select one, and you have it.
