what is the future of the class tree and xoopstree?

'Database::getInstance();' is deprecated since XOOPS 2.5.4, please use 'XoopsDatabaseFactory::getDatabaseConnection();' instead.

This line of code could not specify where it is?

Otherwise you become crazy to find the code.

It can be entered module in a specific bug reports?

In linux is simple to find deprecated functions

In local i use this:
grep Database::getInstance /dir_modules -rin

In the class XoopsFormTextDateSelect, there is still calendar.php

How and what version of xoops will be inserted DataTime with jquery ui?

If we want to use jquery ui DateTimePicker, this does for us
