Problem to update Xoops 2.4.4 to 2.5.3

I have updated Xoops 2.4.4 to Xoops 2.5.3 with the upgrade scripts, everything seemed to be successful...but...now not working Drag & Drop, which is essential for Xoops 2.5.3!

I have impression that jQuery don't work!

In page of the block management, is always visible the block form to add new custom block!

How to fix it?

The Google Chrome Debug show this error:

le="color: #000000"><?php GET http://www.miosito.it/browse.php?Frameworks/jquery/plugins/jquery.ui.js 404 (Not Found)


but the file exists! Why?
