Hello

two options missing in system banner admin I think . it possible to add this options in XOOPS 2.5.2?

1- when number clicks finished and deactivate banner users can't edit banner or active it again

2- it possible for admin to select Percent show for each banner

We(core team) are currently working on the bug tracker and would like to avoid any features requests for 2.5.2
