A friend of mine in San Diego just tried to access my recipe website at http://www.franksrecipes.net

She gets a blank page saying Unknown SEO method.

Any ideas?

I do not have any SEO turned on on the website

Sorry Chefry, same here in the UK (Firefox 3.5.10). Maybe turning on debug will help, or check your server log to see why the index page has been redirected.

same to mee too "Unknown SEO method"
what modules do you use in your website?
Some people like what you do,
-- some people hate what you do,
---- but most people simply don’t give a damn.

1) I can confirm the blank page too
2) It doesn't matter that "you" didn't turn on any SEO. If you installed recently a module and it does have SEO or one of its blocks, it might cause problems.

For example, this page works just fine.

Which would tell me that a module that is currently the starting module, has a problem, or one of the recently installed modules that has a block on the first page, is causing the problem.

So you have to go back and check the recently installed modules, deactivate them one by one, and check each time if the Website is working. I am sure, you'll find very quickly the module causing you problems.

BTW - the Recipes link, that is using Publisher, doesn't work

now blank page without error
try changing the main module (perhaps publisher from index)

the error "Unknown SEO method."
when searching in google i found that there is a few modules with this error in code here
so try deactivating them

the other website works fine.

The znachok site works. Still same error with franksrecipes.

I wish module developers would give up this obsession with rewrites. I have several Xoops sites with no rewrites that Google and other search engines have absolutely no problems indexing and ranking.
